Brief Description

The Building & Grounds Worker Program is a continuum of competency-based courses that prepares trainees for entry-level supervisory positions of school custodial staff. Instruction includes practical training in the management of custodial personnel; in-depth understanding of time and motion studies; equitable workload scheduling; scheduling of routine cleaning; scheduling of non-routine cleaning.
