Brief Description

The Barber Crossover Program consists of 1 competency-based course. Fully approved by the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, (CSBBC,)* this program is designed to prepare individuals for California's licensing examinations. Students will receive hands-on instruction and practical experience for the following techniques and procedures: Preparing the client's hair for shaving, Assessing the condition of the client's skin, Performing shaving techniques, Applying after-shave antiseptic following facial services, Massaging the client's face, and Rolling cream massages.
